Overview of the Company's Implementation of Legal Compliance, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Responsibility, and Supply Chain Responsibility

CSR

Our company is committed to fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable business principles. We have established comprehensive management mechanisms covering regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental management, and supply chain responsibility, ensuring that our operations comply with applicable legal requirements while continuously mitigating risks to our employees, society, and the environment. A summary of our implementation is as follows:

I. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Update Management.
We regularly monitor and assess the latest developments in labor, safety, and environmental regulations through government agency announcements and legal information platforms. This ensures that our internal policies and operational practices remain compliant with applicable laws, with necessary adjustments and improvements made on an ongoing basis.

II. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) & Incident Management.
In accordance with applicable OHS regulations, we have established an occupational safety management system and conduct regular reviews of workplace health and safety information. Procedures for reporting, investigating, and addressing occupational accidents or incidents have been put in place to prevent recurrence and to safeguard a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

III. Internal Policies & Management Systems
We have developed and implemented a range of internal management documents covering occupational safety, environmental protection, employee conduct, and operational management. These are controlled through a documented and systematic approach to ensure clear standards and guidelines are in place for all operational activities.

IV. Supply Chain Social Responsibility Management
We place great importance on the CSR performance of our supply chain partners. Through the management mechanisms of our key channels and business partners, we indirectly assess supply chain risks in areas such as labor conditions, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance, and require our partners to adhere to relevant responsibilities and commitments.

V. Conflict Minerals & Responsible Sourcing
With regard to conflict minerals and responsible sourcing, we have provided relevant documentation — including CMRT and EMRT — in response to customer and supply chain requirements, ensuring that our raw material sourcing complies with international responsible minerals standards and minimizing associated risks.

VI. Employee Training & Awareness
We regularly plan and deliver employee training programs covering occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, work safety, and relevant professional development topics. Through continuous education, we enhance employees' awareness and capabilities in safety, compliance, and risk management.

VII. Grievance Mechanism, Anti-Discrimination & Non-Retaliation Policy
We have established employee grievance and communication channels, and strictly prohibit any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct. We are committed to ensuring that no employee who raises a concern or report will face retaliation, thereby protecting employee rights and encouraging open and legitimate communication.

VIII. Continuous Improvement & Internal Review
Through regular reviews of management system performance, internal self-assessments, and management reviews, we continuously strengthen our compliance, OHS, environmental, and supply chain responsibility management. With continuous improvement as our core principle, we are progressively enhancing our overall sustainable business capabilities.
