​進料檢驗 Inspection:
在製程開始前對 PCB 進行檢測，確認塗佈區域、材料與施作方式。              
Inspecting PCBs before starting to identify coating areas, materials, and methods.         

清洗 Cleaning:
確認 PCB 是否需要清洗。如需清洗，請確保電路板完全乾燥，避免水分殘留影響塗佈，並確保清洗過程不引入離子污染物。
Cleaning may be optional. Ensure PCBs are dry to prevent entrapped water and confirm that the cleaning process adds no contaminants.                                                 

遮蔽 Masking:
針對需避開塗佈的元件（如連接器）使用膠帶或 3D 列印材料進行遮蔽。
Masking for components that must remain uncoated, using tape or 3D printed materials.

塗佈作業 Conformal Coating:
依據電路板設計提供三種選擇：刷塗、浸塗、噴塗/自動化選擇性噴塗。
Three options based on design: Brushing, Dipping, or Selective machine spraying.           

乾燥與固化 Drying / Curing:
塗佈為濕式製程，需依材料特性進行乾燥或固化。
As a wet process, the coating must be dried or cured depending on the material.            

去除遮蔽 De-masking:
視需求移除遮蔽材料。
Remove the masking materials as required.                                                  

最終檢驗 Final Inspection:
使用儀器或檢驗方法確認塗佈範圍與厚度是否正確。
Verify coating area and thickness using specific methods or equipment.

包裝後運送至指定地點，包含台灣本地配送及全球 FedEx/DHL 快遞。
